Acceptance
By downloading or using Codrax you agree to these terms. If you use Codrax on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
License
Codrax is fair source software distributed under the Functional Source License (FSL-1.1). You may read, build, and modify the code. Producing a competing commercial product from it is restricted for two years from each release, after which that release becomes MIT-licensed.
Your responsibility for agents
Codrax executes AI CLIs and shell commands on your machine, in your repositories, under your user account. You are responsible for the pipelines you configure, the commands you register, and the actions your agents take. Review agent output before shipping it.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly through Polar.sh and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Server-backed Pro features (such as Gist sync and community templates) require an active subscription and an internet connection.
Warranty and liability
Codrax is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost commits, or damage caused by agents you run — keep your repositories under version control and your remotes pushed.
